Our audience has always enjoyed engaging with organisations that have taken the trouble to come along and support this popular and highly regarded conference. There really are very few events where you’ll have the opportunity of networking with so many key decision-makers and influential thinkers – senior management, clinicians and policy makers – in such a relaxed and informal way.

Our offer to exhibitors
We are freezing the cost of the basic exhibition package this year, which will once again be £375 + VAT per square metre. This year however, the basic cost includes access to an exhibitor training day (see below) - and will also include 1 FREE CONFERENCE PLACE.

The exhibitor package comes with:

	Frame, fascia, name board
	Velcro compatible wall poster boards
	Entry in the show guide
	Two to six catering vouchers, depending on stand size
	100 word entry in the conference brochure.
	Opportunity to send additional delegates at the NHS Alliance members’ early-bird rate (£215 + VAT for one day, £360 + VAT for two days).

If you book and pay for your space before the 30th April 2010, we will offer you a 2.5% discount AND a free conference bag insert OR additional conference place.

Bursary Supporter Package
This year we wish to establish a bursary scheme to assist attendance for those who are struggling to find the funds to do so. We are offering the following new Bursary Supporter package for exhibitors:

	Logo and identification on brochure and website (with link) as a Bursary Supporter for delegates, and acknowledgement on letter to bursary recipients
	Three full conference passes
	Insert in conference briefcase
	Frame, fascia, name board
	Velcro compatible wall poster boards
	Half page advert in the show guide
	Two to six catering vouchers, depending on stand size
	200 word entry in the conference brochure.
	Additional delegates to attend at the NHS Alliance members’ early-bird rate (£215 + VAT for one day, £360 + VAT for two days).

The cost of the Bursary Supporter package will be £375 + VAT per square metre plus an additional £1000+VAT

Exhibitor Training Day This year, for the first time, all exhibitors will be offered 1 FREE PLACE at the conference and a FREE TRAINING DAY. Located at a London venue, this will comprise a briefing by senior NHS Alliance officers on key issues facing Primary Care and a half day session on communication skills and exhibition etiquette to help each and everyone get the most out of the two days at The Cutting Edge. The exhibitor training day set for 7 Oct has been postponed – new date tbc. A booking form will be available shorlty to download.
